I also own this case with a noctua cooler installed on my CPU. It's true that you can't install a fan in the top location on the side panel with an aftermarket CPU heatsink but I do have a Coolermaster R4 blowing onto my GTX275 in the bottom location. The front, bottom and PSU all have dust filters which work great on this case. I have great airflow in this case but I did add more fans than it came with. I have a 140mm front Coolermaster R4 intake fan, One 140mm Bottom R4 intake, two 140mm R4 top exhaust fans, two 120mm R4's in push pull on my noctua and one 120mm R4 rear exhaust fan.
