Case is supposed to be released in October and is a great upgrade for all that are holding on to their old PC-V1000B or V1000Zs!!!!!

Will come in black, silver, and red. It features dual 140mm fans up front, one up top, removable motherboard tray, 8x PCI slots, etc...
Size of the new V1020 is almost identical in size to order V1000 line....

V1000: 210mm x 490mm x 550mm (W, H, D)
V1020: 220mm x 505mm x 562mm (W, H, D)

Here is the Lian Li page for the new model: Lian Li PC-V1020
Personally, I dont really need that much HDD space. I think that it would be rather easy to remove the existing cage and add something smaller for those in need of less HDD space. I have always loved the look of the original V1000 series of cases, and this for me improves on that original style. I hope that the colored models will be powder coated to match for that additional added value.

Also, i would have loved to see the the same tool-less design for the expansion slots from other Lian-Li cases. But there is never anything wrong with thumb screws.

Pricing? i have no idea. I'd hope that it would release at a bit lower then $250.

-edit-
Oh yea... and the mobo tray is removable :D

I think it is designed rather well. Finally manufacturers start to realize we don't need 10 5.25" bays. Most systems these days have a good 5+ HDD's installed.

Not me. But yeah more room for hard drives is the popular thing these days.

I love this case. i look at it and see a lot of opportunity, especially to modders. I love the classic look with modern innovation. The removable mobo tray and psu cover are huge a huge plus for me.

Looks like they're trying to copy the Mac Pro. Might be a very tight fit to squeeze an MCR220 in there, and not a fan of the buttons/ports on top.
The rest of it looks nice, especially the pre-cut cable holes in the tray.

They need a V1220 EATX version and it would be great :D

Though I can't think of a way to mount a triple and a dual rad in it....
