Lightbulb Good 5.25 to 3.5 HDD mounting and cooling solution?

I have a Thermaltake Element G case with a removable HDD cage. What I'm thinking of doing is moving my 640Gb Blacks (Raid 0 array) into two 5.25" drive bays. Moving the drives and taking out the cage will allow the front 200mm fan to feed air more efficiently to cool my dual 5850's and other components.

There are three 5.25" bays total but the top one is occupied by my DVD burner. Having three empty bays would make things really simple as I would just get this -> NCIX.com - Buy Thermaltake iCage 5.25IN To 3.5IN Aluminum Drive Bay Convertor W/ 120MM Blue LED Fan - A2309 In Canada. However, I want to keep the burner installed.

Has anyone ever experimented with 5.25" to 3.5" HDD mounting that incorporates an excellent cooling solution?? The more suggestions the better!

I use this one NCIX.com - Buy Silverstone CFP51 Silver 3X5.25 to 4X3.5 Hard Drive Bay Converter W/ 120MM Blue LED Fan - CFB51-S In Canada.
it has rubber mounts to keep vibration down but no dust filters, this guy has one selling a black version in the for sale section here $30 Need to sell some stuff!!
It works good and keeps my drives cool with the stock fan which can be changed if needed, if you do get one of these they are some plates behind the fan with holes in them for the air to past through but I found it best to remove the plates altogether, which can be done by simple twisting them, lets a lot more air through.
This does replace you 51/4 bay covers so if you want to keep them you'll have to use an internal one like the one you linked.

Edit: Did not read your post correctly, you only have 3 bays which this would take all 3 leaving no room for your DVD drive, you could use 5 1/4 to 31/2 brackets but no cooling.
