If you're going to spend about $60-70 on the Corsair H50, I much rather suggest you get a Prolimatech Megahalems, sucker dominates the higher end air cooling area, and beats out some all-in-one wc units, like the H50. That heatsink coupled with one or even two fans is the best way to go.
Q6600 to tend to get a little warm even when overclocking, so yea.. the Megahalems will do an awesome job. But that depends again, like Sswilson mentioned about overclocking.. if you're not planning then don't spend much money and get a Cooler Master Hyper 212+ for instance, but if you're looking to get into, go for the Megahalems.
And why not overclock, you got a good setup, there, it's begging to be pushed lol.
