I'd always take an aluminum case over a steel one. If you like the looks of the PC-7FN, go for it. There's no window on that particular model though.

+1 for what Sugar said, aluminum case any day over Steel/Plastic. But with that said, don't go per what we prefer, check reviews on the case, look closely to see which case is larger, which one is more functional, both should have features near identical but one or two maybe something you want.

Both are Lian Li, although the Lancool one is more of a budget version case, so I would expect the other Aluminum case to have better finishing, better quality. But you should be the one to judge. Unfortunately that's the best way to decide between a case, is to look at numerous reviews and decide.

Although the K62 is $10 cheaper per newegg..
