Default Coolermaster STC-T01 Question

Hello
I have the Coolermaster STC-T01 case. I have a bottom mounted power supply that has two 80mm fans blowing from the front of PSU to the back. I am wondering what would be the best way to mount the removable motherboard tray, cooling wise. it can be mounted on either side, one side is the normal way and the other side would make everything reverse.
So I ask you normal or reverse, with explanations if possible.

Thanks

A picture or two might help us decide what may be better.
My thoughts at least.

It doesn't matter which way you orient it in terms of airflow.
