I actually bought mine from XpressCanada.com not memoryexpress, but they don't have it listed any longer either. It was there a few days ago, I got mine in January though.
That's what i meant. I seem to confuse those 2 all the time. Was hoping for a new V series this year but doesn't look like it's happening.

Well I got my new Noctua NH-U12P today and set it up with Push/Pull and what a difference. My old stock intel fan would sit idle in the low to mid 60's and would usually be in the mid 90's at 100% but sometimes hit 100 degrees. With the Noctua my CPU idles in the high 30's to low 40's. With 100% load it gets into the mid 60's, so now at 100% load my system is about the same temps as the stock cooler sitting idle. Also my video card temps dropped 5-7 degrees too on idle and about 6-8 degrees on 100% load.

This is easily one of the best purchases I've made for my PC.

What do you guys think?

Prime95 for 2 mins not really a good stress test for your new cooler. Try linx with 10 passes max memory.

I took the shot after Prime95 was running for 10 mins, that is about as hot as the processor would get. I have left it running for 3 hours and everything was pretty much the same. I'm now running at 3.6GHz overclocked and the temps are low 50's idle and mid 80's under 100%.

Yeah as long as you are under 80 should be good. I bet if you cut blowholes on the top it would drop a few degrees. Just don't like the thought of cutting up a case that's worth that much. Bought myself a haf 922 for a good price while i wait for the new cases to come out.

I purchased mine few months ago but just had the time to finish her up yesterday. This was my first Lian-Li and I must say they are flawless. I will definitely purchase another for another build.

Hey MorePower, which lian-li case is that?
I'm really interested in purchasing one; a midtower that has a side panel and good GPU cooling.

It's the PC-V1000Z. I asked in the Case Pics thread.

While looking at these pics of the cases, I have to agree that they do look like they have a good build quality and that they are elegant. They still don't turn me on like they do for some of you, but thats okay... to each his own right? I personally cannot justify to myself that kind of cost for what is essentially a box to put all your computer crap; especially after running my rig without a case and on my desk for the past few months.
I would never spend more than 100 bucks on a case, but for some I can see why it would be worth it.
