Default Silverstone FT2?

it's a new design based off the Silverstone Raven and Silverstone FT01.

I really like the design. Much more modern and cleaner then the Raven, while keeping the same great and innovative inverted design. I think I might actually wait till launch and just pick up a POS case for my next build till this is released.

Expreview has some better shots of it

SilverStone FT02 Chassis Makes Appearance at ComputeX - Expreview.com

The only thing I can see being a problem is the 180 mm fan thing. I think one of the fans on the front of the FT-01 I've got is going and I have absolutely no clue where I'm going to find a replacement.

The blocked intake (by the front bays) and problematic filter designs look like they've been resolved. I'll probably pick this up when its released. Also, the link says an estimated price of $219. Pretty nice.

I agree, 180mm fans are bad. I hate having zero choice for them. I see its not pure aluminum either so that's why it's cheaper I guess.

Wow, Nice Noise Limit cooler there.
Damn shame we can't get those up here in Canuckland...would be perfect for HTPC's.

Nice case too, but I'm a cooler kinda guy.

3x 180mm intake fans and 1x 120mm exhaust fan? Interesting. This would normally cause a TON of dust to collect inside the case but thankfully the 180mms each have dust filters. With that in mind it should actually proove to be a very efficient case for cooling purposes, since the GPUs and CPU will all have more than enough cool air. I do agree however that the use of 180mm fans isnt a good thing, but not as much as some people might think: With the fans laying horizontally and no dust to muck up things, I could see these fans lasting for quite a long time without issues. Just my $0.02.

Raven looks worse IMO. That window looks the most out of place though, they should of recessed it behind the panel and used smoked plexi.

I think the original Raven with a door on the front made it look sleek. This one with all the drive bays showing looses that.
