Default Cosmos S side fan removal
I want to remove the side fan but I can't figure out how to do it, has anyone with a cosmos s tried?

I've done it...

Just take the screws out of the panel from the inside. The entire mesh panel will come out. From there you can remove the fan, and then re-install the mesh panel. It's quite easy.

I replaced mine with a side window.

Did you buy your side panel locally.. if so.. where?
CanadaComputers has it listed on their website.. but no stock.

I just bought a piece of plexi glass at Home Depot for $10, cut it to fit, drilled the appropriate holes, used the screws that the case came with, and put it all back together. Less than an hours work.

Nice idea I might give that a go as I was thinking about getting the door with the window from coolermaster along with 2 more 4in3 module's.

I've got one of the replacement doors. Just do the mod. The replacement door is a square window and has a big white Coolermaster imprint, which really changes the look of the case. I'm not that impressed with it.
