Couldn't you just rotate the mounting hardware that you screw into the base of the heatsink?

Hrm nevermind.

I thought the Xigamtek was like my Noctua one were you screwed in mounting brackets to the base which could be oriented however you like.

How's the cooling performance? Secondly, build quality; is the sliding door as cheap as some reviewers have made it out to be?

the sliding door doesnt seem cheap that much, just doesnt seem like they implemented it very well. Its too loud and gets stuck and is too slow. That is one of my grips with the case, but i still love it, i barely use my disk drive anyways. I guess a downside is that u cant have any mfp's or fan controllers.


Cooling performance is great, as i posted above,

Very nice and clean build. That case is a monster, it makes your 20" monitor seem small. Congrats on the build.
