Yeah, I was kinda wondering about the warranty disclaimer when I looked at the site this morning.

Yep guess so. But the few reviews out there for these cases were positive.

Better off with something from Antec or Coolermaster. Usually good cases for the money.

Have 2x HAFs, Sonata III and Mozart. I figured for $29 why not take a look and see. I think the Ultra cases PC Cyber had were at the bottom of the trailer during shipment.

I got an X-blaster on sale (original 80 / sale 30) for my pops, and although its not finished yet, it is a decent case for what it is.
Yes, they are Ultra Cases, not top pick for sure...their PSU's are their personal strenght (now).
I guess, crappy luck sometimes right?

Yeah I have Ultra X3 1000w and it's great. Up there with Corsair 1000w.

I must have got lucky. Picked up one of these for my video streaming server in my basement. Everything was 100%... no cracks or broken rivets. I usually stick with Antec or Coolermaster but for $29 for a case that sits in my basement this was an awesome deal.

Yep you were lucky, maybe extremely lucky. While I was there today returning mine, A man had just bought one. Told him to check it out before he leaves and good thing he did cause there was a crack on the side panel and a couple broken rivets.

I think the biggest problem is, being cheap cases (on sale) they get mis-handled a lot, and/or they are on sale because of shipping damages to carton etc etc...
The only two cases by Ultra where I havent' seen the Acrylic window have those kind of issues was the M998, or the one in my sig.
The X-Blaster I got though, was solid Side, my pops didn't need a clear window, so maybe thats where I lucked out.
