IIRC someone said it meant Green Product (as in it meets the ROHS specs). Sort or makes sense as they add it to a heck of a lot of products. Everything from fans, cases, drive bays even WC liquids!

BUT don't take that as gospel! I may be just plan wrong in my recollection.

Ah. Because of my penny-pinching self, I'll just buy the one that doesn't have the GP RoHS compliance BS. I'm just fine with messing the environment for $2 XD
