Default Few new Mountain Mod cases!

These just came out on the market. MM has added a few towers to it's spectacular line up. Monicle will be on their site for sale soon.

I can't decide whether I want to go with the Pin 24 or 18. I was going to go huge cube but these are pretty damn nice imo.

Pinnacle 24 = 24 inches tall, 24 inches deep, 9 inches wide
Pinnacle 18 = 24 inches tall, 18 inches deep, 9 inches wide

Monticle 24 = 18 inches tall, 24 inches deep, 9 inches wide
Monticle 18 = 18 inches tall, 18 inches deep, 9 inches wide

Not bad. Good for a "compact" watercooling setup I guess. Compact of course meaning smaller than those massive cube ones.

I don't want to know how much shipping would be for it though...

Yeah shouldn't be to much though cause they break down right. you put them together yourself. I figure this will be abit cheaper than going with a big ass cube like I originally had planned to go with after I finished my H2gO.

They break down for shipping? Thats good to know. I wonder how much the import duty would be though. Be good if you could order it at MysteryByte or something.

I really like the look and layout of these cases, plus the price is actually pretty good. Absolutely perfect for a dual loop- just need some spare cash now. The 18 could be a bit cosy with two rads but definitely do-able, I think there's room to mount hard drives next to the psu as well. givent he 24 is only $10 more Id probably go with that myself.

If you do get one be sure to post some pics of the build up.

Nice case, except for the case that only 3 x 5 1/4" bays are available.

How many more do you need? There will also be option for a floppy drive plate if anyone still uses those that is & MM has a bracket system off the fans for holding more hard drives also.

Wow. I think I might have found my Core i7 case. Going to have to grab a lot more of those 120mm HDD cages though.

Well.. 1 DVD drive for sure, and then 3-4 hard drives. I don't mind sacrificing one of the front fans, to have 2 instead, and then the top is already there to mount a rad off course.

Just a thought ..

"Just a thought.." Seeing as you know nothing about MM cases at all they are all hyper modular in design pretty much & you don't have to sacrifice anything you just keep building on what you have. If you wanted you can use there HD racks & mount 3 HD's off every fan in the whole case With 2 rads or whatever you wanted.

Oh & please don't take this as me verbally attacking you like you stated once already. That discussion ended cause I erased your PM without reading it.

Scroll down & enjoy dude.
