That's the beauty of a Lian-Li though... they're built like a tank!!! :) (Other than the fact that brushed aluminum is a PITA to keep clean.... :) )

yeah, I guess. I just like the state of mind that the HAF is a nice big piece of steel. I'm clumsy, so while I'm into computers, I'm gonna have a hard time if I try to build one. Bleh, but I guess for the price of a Lian Li it better be strong.

My dream case would be the TJ-07, but with an inverted ATX motherboard tray. With no rivets and only screws it would be an amazing case to mod. If the guy that does MurderBox starts to sell TJ-07's with inverted motherboard trays, or just the convertor thing there is no question that I'll use a TJ-07 (modded of course) for my next rig, even though it'll cost an arm and two legs.

Transparent aluminum?, have you been working on alien spaceships or something Must look into that.

I'd like a case that can hold two or three well hidden triple rads, has clean cable management, inverted board to show-off the good bits through a panel. I think mountain MODs is the closest to that.

I remember it was used as a giant water tank in one of the older ST films? See thru dome of the battlestar gallactica was supposed to be made from it too according to Wiki...great idea probably some architect in Dubai doing it right now.

Did I not mention StarTrek in Dashock's BSG thread a while back?

It has evey option I could want. It's sleek, modern and beutiful. I like the 5.25 and 3.5 bays opening on the sides. Room for water cooling if I went that route. Dam I think this case has it all.
Bleh. My dream case is the X2000, except with 12 hot swappable HDD slots. Even some of their older cases have 12, I don't understand why they'd drop it to just SIX on their flagship case! Hell, even the 7110 has 7!

I only have 2 drives now and can't imagine needed more than 6. I love the sleek unassuming look of it. It looks sofisticated yet could contain such a beast. Lazer etching on it could be cool too if money was no option. Unfortunately money doesn't grow on legal trees.

The perfect case for me would be the size of a mac mini, but have everything in my sig. Come on, I'm sure someone can come up with shrink rays.
