There is a LOT of extra room for more 120mm fans too. The stock fans are 1200RPM, which some will consider quiet, but not Silent. They are by no means Noisy. You can always replace them with more silent fans if you want.

There are a few good threads on mods for the front grills on the P180/P182 on silentpcreview.com | Everything about Silent / Quiet Computers without seriously impacting the quiet aspect.

Ive done one of those mods,
Just cut out the tabs in between each grill. If you want i can show you pictures but its really easy and really quick and theres a noticeable difference
