I have build a PC for my brother and he want a good case for less than 100$ like you and I have recommand him the lian-li (lancool) PC-K7B or the cm 690. He chose the lian-li and it's one of the best medium-tower case I have work with. The look is maybe a little plain for some people but I love the look of lian-li case (and my PC-A7010). You can pricematch the PC-K7B for 95$ at tddirect.ca (hey it's less than 100$). I have some photo of the PC I have made for my brother or look at some review of this case.

+1 for the CM 690. I worked with it and it has some decent cable management system. It also has a lot of space for the extra 120mm fans! It goes for about ~$70 at Direct Canada.
