No need to say sorry at all and yeah, CM said they are gonna send me a replacement front I/O panel since they said the touch senor power button is not suppose to be illuminated when the computer is off. I just hope its doesn't take forever.

I've tested two different boards and two different PSU and nada.

CM should have done some serious QC on the Cosmos S.

Nope, no other issues related to the power button..., but then again, I really haven't used the case as I just wanted to see if it had this power button problem.

So far one user did mention that power button on the replacement I/O front panel that he received has the same problem so hopefully the replacement I/O front panel I get from CM doesn't have this problem, and if it does, I'm gonna say screw it and I'll just use the case.

do you mean the problem of the button still being on when the computer is off cause its been like that for me since i got almost 2 months ago. If thats the case i do not think its a problem i was watching the buttom last night as i turned it off it almost glows down it was kinda sick lol. It glows down a bit when the comps off and turns on to a much lighter colour when on.

Yup, thats the problem. CM said the power button is not supposed to be illuminated at all when the computer is turned off.

This youtube video shows exactly how the touch sensor power button operates when it is functioning properly:
