Default Dashock gone to the DarkSide

Hey all well got bored and tired of running my Amd X2 4200 939 and wanted to do an upgrade to keep me busy till Nehalem comes out cheap a year and half from now. Anyways i have gone to the Darkside yep Intel has won me over this time around these are the parts my new build is gonna consist of.

Intel Xeon 3110@ 3.0ghz Dual Core aka E8400
Asus P5Q-E Motherboard
Mushkin Ascent Redline 8000 1000mhz DDR2

This is going into the following components
Coolermaster Cosmos S case
Seagate 7200.10 320gb aka Optimus
Seagate 7200.11 500gb aka Megatron
OCZ GameXtream 600 watt psu
XFX 8800 GT @ 710,1850,2000
Antec Spot cool

All this is gonna be run under my current watercooling system
Swiftech 320 rad with 6 Noctua Nf-P12's in a Push/Pull Confiq
Swiftech Apogee GT soon to be Swiftech Apogee GTZ
Swiftech Mcp655, Swiftech Micro-res

Anyways so there are the parts and this is the first time i have ever built an Intel platform a little nervous im sure its exactly like an amd system hopefully my motherboard has the latest bios so i dont have to worry aboot the E3110 not being recognized.

Looks like a very good build. I almost hate to see people buying E8400/E8500/E3110's now that E0 stepping has started(E8600). Hopefully they'll start shipping E0 E84/85's (but i doubt it) and you'll get one. The new stepping is worth on average, ~300-400MHz over C0. Anyways.. GL, and welcome to the dark side.

you will hit 4.0GHz no problem. You have almost the same set up as I do, with out the water..
And I can hit 4.0GHz, but keep it at 3.89GHz. it runs cooler when the ambient temps are high in my house.
No air conditioning.
