Here we are about 75% done. Haven't received my new chair yet and only one test system along with my regular Photoshop system installed. Still need to set up the second test rig.

Also need a desk for the Sammy printer.

Sky: Nice desk. Are those floating shelves from Ikea I see? If they are I have a question for ya? Did you have to mount them to studs or just to the drywall with anchors?

Right to the studs. The problem is that you need to drill other holes in the mounting plate. Why? Because Ikea placed the holes in the bracket at 20" center / center. Idiots.

Even worse is the fact that the holes on the longer shelf I installed for the GF are at 22" c/c.

Ah so modding needs to be done to those shelves. Over in Sweden they must not put their studs at 16" on center.

Well, all it takes is another drill bit. You can use drywall anchors but then the shelves are only rated for 10lbs or something. The way I installed it in the studs, each shelf is good up to 35lbs.
