Just finished building my new desk. I was inspired by Zoob and his new set-up! Thanks for all the info!

I salvage my nice LCD stand... the income tax book of 2008

It's an Ikea desk I believe, the Galant series. It can be arranged either way you want.

Like LP said, it's the galant serie from IKEA. You can really customize it how you like.

Nice recycling. I discovered that the boxes for the two ASUS HD6670 video cards where just the right size to line up my three screen, the two on the outside are 20" models the center one is 24" The boxes were just the cat's meow. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, right?

My $20 craigslist ikea special, paint I used is wearing quite quickly so I think I'm going to have to switch to a counter top laminate type material. I'm going to add another section of desk to this one in an L shape once I get my new place so I can have things less clutered as well as have adequate room to also have my laptop out when I'm doing multiple things. Then my nerd haven will be complete!

Please avert your eyes from the wall patch and horrid tangle of wires. Been through some upgrades and need to make an order to monoprice. Gonna add some conduit for wires then repaint, then rewire everything and hang my monitors
