Default Dashocks Watercooling Setup on Cosmos S

Thats right ladies and gentlemen after the enjoyable experience of my first Log the Vortex Solution its time i took things up a notch thanx to all of those members you know who yu are for the help!

I decided to tackle on a bigger project with bigger problems and bigger parts.

First up here are the parts from the previous build which i will be using.

So that is all the gear i have from the last build will take it into the next build i already purchased the parts that i needed to cool my videocard i had to buy a modem for tekksavvy so said what the hell ill just buy some more watercooling gear.

Basically im going to hook up the Swiftech 320 rad on the cpu and 220 on the videocard some might say its overkill but it should be good enough for future builds too. Im going all metal barbs on this one too so i bought 2 sets of barbs for both the rad and gpu waterblock. Same tubing as vortex suggested to me the first time it worked perfectly was easy for me to cut stick with it i said.

Got some smartcoils and thanx to SSwilson for introducing to me the modsmart product that lets you connect fans to the back of your case will come handy and bought 1 more Noctua fan because i just love it soo much lol if Noctua want to send me future fan products by all means.

Anyways on my last build i found my case was way too small and people suggested i buy new case which i thought was not a good idea but now it seems to be a good idea for the plans i have in mind and i like a little more room i was enjoying the ultra light weight of my caseee wayy too much at 2 pounds thats right 2 pounds dare i say lightest case in the world it can tickle yer fanny!

Alright lets get serious i got a hint of an awesome case Cosmos S from Sswilsons old build i think its an awesome case because of the rad mount inside of the case a triple rad from swiftech will fit in it so i think its awesome if anyone else knows of a good case which will let me do something like that please tell me if not im gonna go with this case.

Hehehe, you move on quickly! It's addictive I say!! As soon as you get your build up and running, it's time to tear it apart and add more!! This will be a nice build!

The forums created a monster

Not a bad idea actually -the cosmos builds in this forum look fantastic. The cable management of those cases makes a big difference and mounting internally is great for aesthetics and moving the case about. That triple rad should do two of the newer ATI cards in crossfire down the road.

Looking forward to this build.

Thanx buddy ma other build got 1500 views i hope to match that too get more people interested and bit by the watercooling bug. The case does look interesting i hope the front of the case has filters like the insides cause my room is dusty and being bad at cable management its good too see those cut holes and all i hope my ocz power supply can reach all the connections cant wait to get started. I dont know if im going down the ati root i like Nvidia i got the 8800gt i wouldnt mind having it sli'd im not a heavy gamer as i used to be i just watch a ton of HD content and the GT is overkill for that.

I've been bit by that bug many times over the past year and I finally gave into it. Costing me way more money that I ever thought I'd spend on it though, but it'll be worth it in the end...I hope.

Guess it's too late to recommend a FuZion v2 CPU block over the Apogee GT?

Yeah, the 5 1/4 bay grills have a nylon mesh backing which works well as a filter.

Oh sorry, didn't know people were still on AMD

No need then I suppose, though you'd probably still gain maybe up to 5C? Between the v1 and v2 FuZion it was only like 1-3C I believe.

Guess it can be a future upgrade when you finally move to Intel.
