Let me tell yea it was a bit$h putting the video card back in for some reason i took it out and put it back in a couple times with ease and for sum reason today it was hard as hell i think its cause i used a zip tie to tie the tubes together but yea use extra look to make space for the card and i did that its enough space for the video card i like the mod with the fans because im gonna run 4 fans that pci mod is awesome also yers Wilson and no problem about hijacking my thread this thread was to help others going down the same quest as i did i got most of the bubbles out once in awhile i hear a pop from the motor running so there still 1 or 2 small bubbles in there i cant see the liquid moving like i did before i hope this is a good thing lol actually the smartcoils make it hard to see but if i concentrate long and hard i can see it moving anyways here a pic of temps im still managing the wires i got a lot done last night.

The difference between load and idle is where the water-cooling should shine.
My idle temps dropped by about 3-- but the load in orthos was a good 10oc lower than my TRU-X at higher volts and oc's. Generally it gos up by about 4-6oc for games and up to~15 at its worst with orthos on a good oc.
Anyway glad you got it sorted.. looks goodplus that fan extension is a great idea-I want one.

Water is perfectly homogeneous. With no debris, bubbles, or ripples to give you scale the movement is almost invisible. I think the only reason why flow meters are not more popular is that they restrict flow and most people want to maximize the system ability to cool than to watch a ball spin.
