So this is what a Case Labs XL-ATX motherboard tray looks ready to be mounted to another case and transformed into ITX :) One more of these to come possibly!

The top has a tab with a spot for two rivets initially, but I had to chop that down. Along with this, I brought the whole bottom of the tray and expansion slots up to the last expansion slots height. This, technically puts me at 214mm. Once I'm done the second one, this case will be dual ITX with both a removable tray. I'm keeping the trays up to the size of the CPU cutout on these trays for cable management. I'm also still debating of the orientation of both of these. I have the choice between both regular, both reverse or one of both and have windowed side panels on both sides.

The trays them selves are done, just a tiny bit of sanding left and the paint will come later on. The turquoise paint was only put on for drawing purposes on this part :)

"It's all fun and games 'til someone pulls the pin on a live grenade!"

Then it's a sport. :)

I'm wondering how you have the airflow for cooling. I'm completely OCD when it comes to system cooling, so much that I spent a solid 3 hours last night figuring out my new system build with a Corsair H60 (cheap from NCIX).

Are you putting two ITX in one case, or two ITX and your main system? I'm all for "outside the box" thinking, but wonder if there was an easier way to setup what you need using virtualisation versus multiple PCs in one computer. Personally at work, I just run a virtualized PC inside my main workstation full screen on a second monitor. Lock the processor affinity down and i'm good.
I've run this at home to a TV too - I just ran a hdmi to ethernet panel in the wall from my PC to TV in another room, ran it full screen as a second monitor and was able to game on the main system. Just run a second video card for the other monitor and it's good to go. Hell, I wonder if you could use the onboard video card for the TV, and external GPU for gaming..
6 threads for gaming, two for the TV.
