Default HP DC7100 Heatsink Problem

I'd like to put an HP DC7100S board back to work but I've got a problem with mounting the heatsink.

I managed to get the right thing - a Foxconn 364410-001 part - but I didn't get the under the board brace bit.

Thought I could use something else, any other brace. But it turns out the HP thing uses an oversize screw (bolt? what should we call them?) on the legs of the cooler assembly. They won't screw into any of the braces I've got.

It is a standard computer fastener size of some sort - I've got some standoffs that will screw onto those legs (bolts, screws..whatever) but I don't know what the measurement exactly is.

Did a lot of googling and contacted a number of places and ebayed and posted on forums but I can't find an underboard brace (what should I call them?) to fit yet.

Could I perhaps make one up I wonder?

Can anyone help at all?

No bottom cpu bracket,
