Default Non-computer mod v2.0

Holy floating doo-doo balls !!!

This is my biggest mod/fabrication ever.

....and I'm just a wee part.....It's a huge team effort by Wildrose Brewery.I'm helping to build a brewery !!!

That's a 60 Hec brewhouse ( half of it) , on the left.Those are 180 Hec fermenters , and a 180 Hec hot liquor tank on the right.

The last time I "sampled" beer from Wild Rose I don't recall most of the evening after..

Looks like there is plenty of supporters already - that sounds good. Cannot compare it with Pilsner Urquell ( :: Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s. ) for lack of the sample, but as long as people are happy, then it ought to be good :)

:) Be more carefull with the sampling, then :) Too much samples is not like too much 3DMarks - eg. bigger is not always better :)

Trust me.. It was one glass.. It was just that potent.. LOL Some German mix.
