Wow !

Stage 1 commissioning is complete. It was a nightmare getting it ready and it's a knotmare now , but it's alive !!!! A fantastic team effort.I'll be taking pics tomorrow , I'll see what ive got new now.

I have months of work to do , but it's one wire at a time.

Oh hell no !!

Water has not touched it yet.

We managed to verify 3/4 of the process/automation wiring Richard and I are doing....we're in the process of 'cleaning up' after commissioning/inspections.....I give us an 85% , despite the short timelines !!!

What an amazing thing !!! It's so cool.Give us 2 weeks.

Cheers to beers !!

Oh Wow.

It's taken six weeks , and I've have literally worked until my fingers have bled.My last week was 81 hours.

We've managed to complete the process / automation wiring for the brewhouse :

Here's a clipped pic of the control panel (NDA's etc)

It might not really look like much , but the entire brewhouse is wired to NEMA 4x .....each cable you see coming in the bottom took about a day. They all get ss welded strut to hold em down etc.Looks like everything works.

Water brew commissioning starts tomorrow 7 am.It's alive !!!!!

I'll have many more pics up next couple days.

Mission success ! I'm going skiing next week I hope !

Check this out :

Those are the 600vac VFD's I wired , my very first task onsite really.....Up and running 100%

--

That's a 'liquor mixing station setup' basically it provides water of any temp/pH....fully automated.

---

That's the wiring I've personally done over the last 2 months , but there's lots of other work done by people just as committed. It's a team effort .

See the zip-ties in that pic ? One of my jobs is to get rid of the zip ties.Like this :

...and there's still zip ties in that pic....."Industrial cable management" really.....I weld the stainless strut and run the cables to code and aesthetic....

----

Here's the best pic ;

------

That 12 foot tall/2 foot diameter stainless steel thing is called a 'Calandria' ...It's designed to heat the contents of the kettle quickly.External steam heat exchanger.

It is an intimidating piece of machinery.....3" steam lines at full bore make a unique howling sound through it...I know several engineers that have said "omg"...heh....I stood next to it today , you could just feel the power.
