From looking at the compression fittings for the acrylic, it seems that there is a small space around the compression ring and the acrylic tube. Do you think I'd be able to fit sleeving under the compression ring or no? I've already ordered a bunch but it won't arrive for at least a few weeks.
You're a moderator here now? Woooooooooah. Congrats! :) And I'm the new CaseLabs Rep... funny how things change in this industry, eh?

For the sleeving, I wasn't sure so I tried it and unfortunately it won't fit

There's indeed a small gap but not enough for a layer of sleeve. I used MDPC, I don't know if another brand would be thinner but I don't think so.
Yeah, I've been looking into doing sleeve as well, unfortunately from what I've heard these fittings won't accomodate sleeve as it's a pretty tight squeeze with just the pipe, unless one were to file down the pipe itself.... hmmmm.

Keep up the great work. I'm not a fan of the color green, myself, but you make it look goooooood!

Thanks! I like to try different color themes. So far I did Red on the SM8, White on my bench and now Green on the SMH10....Who knows what color theme will be the next one....let's say an mATX build of some sort

Hi,

I did some test last night with a couple UV sources to see how it will look.

Here's an example...

Primochill is a US based company

You can buy their stuff at FrozenCPU, Performance PCs, etc...

Here's some links on the FrozenCPU website.

The compression fittings

The acrylic tubing

I hope it helps

I love the UV reactive surfaces/lighting!
This will look so cool (and radioactive) with a filled loop!

Ohh the Flextronics based ax860i. Very nice!
I look forward to seeing how the sleeving turns out, especially with your UV reactive build

I really like this PSU. I already have one in my SM8. It's easy to sleeve. Only one double crimped wire on the 24 pin...the rest is 1:1

Nice stuff man. Keep them coming. Your build and lowfat's Lian Li+ has me thinking about modding my case to some extent.
