That will be awesome. I don't know anyone that does painting here so I took it upon my own hands to do it. One of the panels turned out pretty well. More painting tomorrow. I can't wait to see yours come alive. I also see that you are switching to Haswell!

Thanks for the pic update of the drain.

Hero1, I don't think Lowfat is going Haswell on this build....The Z9PE-D8 WS is a dual Xeon board...I would surprised that he ditch this one out after finishing the tubing route

I should have clarified that statement. I he is going Haswell for his other rig. I love those acrylic tubes. I wish I could use them with compression fittings

Yes that 4670k + Z87X-UD5H + GTX780 Classified is for my Lian Li. I won't be replacing the board in this system ever. Too much work was done to specifically fit this board.

Murdering out the motherboard. Ran out of ProGrip so I couldn't do the IO ports yet. I didn't paint the fins. Just the heatsink cover, heatpipe (not the ends), and the tops of heatsinks.

I see. What are you doing with the other 2 GTX 780s? And yes, that board and case have had too much work done to them and I wouldn't get rid of them either.

Sell them. @ 120Hz and w/ the games I play I almost always am CPU bottlenecking. I rarely see the cards above 50% usage when gaming.

I gotta say, this build is really awesome. I always wanted to mod but coming here to Hardware Canucks and meeting people like you really pushed me further. Keep up the good work. And my wife saw this build yesterday and she loved it.

That is what the forums are for.

Added the last retention bar for the 24-pin. Excuse the poor pictures as the sun went down already.
