he wasnt careful.

he bricked his machine. prob due to leaks or changing things one too many times. got careless.

Oh I see. Thanks for clarifying that. I guess I'll just leave it the way it is for now. I just don't feel comfortable with the ASUS's barbed fittings. Should I clamp them?

I would just use black zip ties. trim the end off nicely. If you have black clamps, then use them.

Ok. I'll look for black zip ties and if I can't find any I'll just order some clamps.

Sometimes I feel like this. Then I buy that thing thats driving me nuts. Then I realize I didnt need it after all....lol

I hear you. I've done that before but this time I really need a new case because I intend to buy another one of the eVGA GTX 780 Hydro Copper as soon as they have the stock again which I think will be next week. And that means I have to have a 360-420 mm radiator taking care of my 2 cards. I might have to buy the card and keep it on the side until the cases come out.

I think your loop can handle it. Try it out when you get your new card. If the temps are crazy, then change. Another thing to consider would be res-pump-gpu-gpu-rad-cpu-mobo-rad-res.
