welp golf season is over so it's time to complete this mod. I've rebuilt the paint room with better air flow and tarping. I'm currently painting odds and sods and a few pieces of the case left to do and i'll update again soon when the pieces are dry enough to move around. Here's a few better quality pics for now.

few more pieces to the puzzle painted along with my friend Mr. Brown Ale helping me along.
I painted the chassis white because I think it will really help bring out the blue parts later... including the UV tubes I purchased should work better.
I need to goto the model shop down the road and try to find some similar blue paint for some hand painted objects including the Cosmos S stick on logo.

I still need to clear coat everything so I have loads of work left to do on this. The tricky part will be re-assembling everything as it's been quite some time since I ripped it all apart :)

One rad is installed. I'm still debating about a secondary rad but here's the 360 so far. I painted it to see if it really affects cooling that much... I'm guessing it won't overly affect it. It was a used rad I bought a couple years ago so I'm not too worried if it gets ruined somehow. I had to drill the holes bigger to allow for the fan stand offs. Braineater supplied me with a small piece of stainless 1/8" steel so I wouldn't accidentally puncture the rad while drilling. I really like these standoffs... makes the entire assembly really solid once installed. I had to use m5 nuts on the bottom to hold them in place with a little bit of blue thread lock.

I've been painting my fittings as well... it really isn't going as well as I expected but if I'm careful installing them they shouldn't be too bad. Clear coating is the key.

Well I think I have this thing tubed the way I want... Sure wish I had access to a warehouse of fittings so I could get it perfect but alas I gotta make do here. Here's a few more pics with the mobo installed in the case finally. It's been a couple late nights but I'd sure like to start leak testing next week. I'm on the fence about removing the MOBO block and painting it as well as it kinda looks outta place?

I realized after I took this picture and looked at it that I made a mistake.

So I moved it over to the other slot which I think makes more sense. When I began this adventure I actually started with the drain port. It's always been a thorn in my ass draining these water cooling setups So I drilled a hole in the back of the chassis and had to make a notch in the back of the faring. I actually bought the wrong QDC by accident but knew one day I could make this thing work. Essentially the QDC is now my drain port.

So I moved it over a slot and it works much better. Do you think it's a good idea to use a QDC like this? How do ya like the piping? Any suggestions before I put the water in it?
