I'll be back from the skihill in a few days.....we'll get going on sourcing all the metal out.....I know federal metals has a bunch of stuff I want !

I've also got a lead on a TIG machine that will do aluminum....Prolly just borrow it.

Awesome I would say I would bring the beer but I am pretty sure you have that covered :P haha but I will bring the cash :P

New Sponsors are now pending and the platforms have 1000% changed the left side gaming board is now a FM2 where the right side gaming board is now Z77 1155. Decided to down size on CPU's up size on ram and GPU's :)

Ok bud.

I've done some testing / math/ etc.....aluminum don't cut worth a shit on air-plasma , the best price I can get on a nitrogen tank ( and you might need 2 ) is $200.....

...At this point I can't see less than about 600$ for your custom Aluminum case , more like 1000$ for the way you want it.

Steel is a different story , but it would weigh a ton.......

I could build you a square steel frame on wheels for reasonably cheep.The mobo trays / sides would be up to you....Consider it !!

Thanks for the update I'm going to buy a server Cabinet prefer used and mod that to build the case with. going to do the top and bottom in Plexiglass to save on weight and cost and matters the kind of cabinet I can get for the sides but thinking this will be more cutting and fitting then welding now save us both the crazy headache but still making a awesome like nothing else case :)
