I taught you'd keep the heatsinks, while still being fanless?

So did I, but it seems to make sense the more I think about it, for air cooling we want a big heatsink because the copper in the heatsink or aluminum will transfer the heat from the component more quickly than air only. But in water cooling there is no big heatsink, instead you try to get the water as near to the component as possibly and the same with nitrogen and helium extreme cooling. So if I'm right the Sub-Zero Alcohol in direct contact with the component will be more efficient than having a heatsink? IMO?

I had intended to run the first test with no heatsinks at all anywhere.

I've been doing some math and research tho , I think , initially I will have heatsinks on the two ceramic die chips.

Here's the deal :

Because of the fact it's running in pure alcohol , any heatsink I install has to run 'sans thermalpaste'.......it'll just dissolve.....this isnt an issue with the CPU say , because of the way the heatsink attaches to the IHS etc......but the ceramic die chips , usually use a spacer on the edge.....if this isnt perfect for the heatsink to touch the die , it's just direct die cooling anyways , as the iso will become the TIM.....

We'll be running the CPU without heatsink for the first test forsure tho.....it has a lot of surface area to dissapate heat....

I also did some time trials of the n2 tank.......Popped a low psi guage etc........the n2 system is proceeding nicely.

The top's really close.....couple quick test fits etc....

I knew you initially taught about using heat sinks. I agree about the chip, but the GPU and NB may be an issue in relation to their small size.

Yep , you are correct.......with the small die area , the NB and GPU definitly need a heat spreader , at least until I can direct jet them with cold iso......
