'Good news everyone !'

I've finished the coolant loop !! ( or 95% newayz)......

----------

I've put this job off for 3 weeks cause it sucks so bad.Once again , Ive got blisters and bruised knees.Bending 3/4" copper is really hard work , but it's over now.

---------

Ok.......Drain 1 bent to fit ;

----

Drain 1 sized , with valve.....

---

----

Drain 2 bent ;

-----

Cooling loop nearly done; I just have to get all the valves on , and do the last flare fitting.....

----

It's certainly not perfect bending , but considering I've easily put 50 hours into it , it'll do.

---

I can get onto stage 2 of the tank sealing now.....man I'm glad thats over.

Nice work :)

Just curious though, I've never worked with copper pipe, but can you not anneal it for ease of working? I've always annealed aluminum sheet and whatnot before bending or hammering, possible in your case albeit too late?
