It's a hidden part actually .

It's either covered with insulation , or piping , or insulation on piping.....ehheeh.

It's gonna start to come together right away , I hope.

My butt is perched on the edge of my seat! I'm loving the fabrication process.

Thx !

I'm glad to be back.

--------

Having the backplate allows me to do 95% of the plumbing and thats a lot of work.

It also allows me to do the final insulation / sealing work on the tank proper.

----

The call I got about my luxeons was bad news......The 45 lumen 'batwings' I wanted are 10 weeks out. They will literally be 'hot-off-the-press' , If I do order them.....I might go with a different model.we'll see.

--

I should have some plumbing preliminary pics tomorrow.

Nobody Is happier to see this moving forward more than myself , I assure you.

hehe

I've really missed the work.....well , that and I want to see this sucker run so bad.....I will not however , rush anything.

With this kind of engineering , rush=bad.

--------

I actually got lucky with the backplate. If you go back in this worklog , you'll see where the 'old holes' of the backplate , were welded shut.I then refinished the plate. The drilling / threading process went through one of theses areas , and the threads show it , being broken off.......I expected this , but it was no problem ,The threads are well done , Thanks JP Metal !

----

I'll be werking most of the week on this , so the pics should start flowing.
