WIP Lan Case From Scratch

Well I figured it was time to get my hands dirty with case modding/building. And I could use a summer project, I will be reusing my water cooling gear from my main rig and putting it back to air.

The Plan:

Close as possible to Mid Tower Size.
Internal Water cooling using the parts I already have.
Simple Design/Clean Design that will be easy to construct, abit still looking good.
Very LAN Party Friendly.

The parts going it will be.

Case: Custom
CPU: 3820
Motherboard: Rampage Extreme IV
Ram: 4x4GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1600
GPU: 2X Gigabyte 680 GTX
SSD: 1x Random SF 2281 120GB (Whatever is on sale)
HDD: 1x WD Green 3TB
Optical: DVD Burner
PSU: AX1200


Cooling:
3x 120MM Thinprofile Fans (to be decided)
4x Yate Loon D12SH-12 120mm Fans
1x XSPC RX360 Rad
1x XSPC Raystorm Cpu Block
1x XSPC Dual Bay Rez/Pump

Case Dimensions: 14.5" Tall x 21" Deep x 11" Wide

The Design:

The case will be constructed out 1/4" Polycarbonate, with the front bezzle being tinted red (or possibly being red acrylic), the remaining panels will be covered in 3M Series 1080 Black Brushed Aluminium Film (1080-BR212 Specifically) on both the inside and the outside.

I will be using a Mountain Mods Modular Motherboard Tray, with the 360MM Rad and Fans installed behind the tray, along with 1 SSD, and 1 HD, there will be passive ventilation for the drives via modders mesh opening on the rear of the case.

The PSU Will be located at the front of the case, as it is now the design calls for its intake being open, but I may decide to add some modders mesh infront of it. I will be relocating the PSU's power toggle switch to the front panel, and then running an internal power jumper cord to the back panel of the case.

Wire Routing will be handled for the most part underneath the radiator behind the motherboard tray.

I will be using the fan grills/handles found at MNPCTECH.

i rly like that design...one thing tho, maybe since the PSU is more exposed, use something with a little visual flare kinda like the XFX psu to give it a more agressive look imo...just my 2cents!

I may try and make some sort of custom piece for now I have just added some mesh.

Also attempted to plan the water cooling tubes, but my Sketch up skills are trash.
