Who would want a Google Sketchup Tutorial?

Hello,

I know this is obviously posted in the wrong forum category but since there's far more people viewing this thread I'm hoping to get more input.

Recently I have put together a concept for a Haf X case that I created with Google Sketchup:



This was the first time I have ever used the program and to get this result took me about two weeks between figuring out the software, different implementations, a first less accurate draft and this one.

Now I know I am quite new here but I would really like to contribute and become a solid member of these forums and would like to know if there are people on here that are curious about using CAD software to make mods or if you already are and don't need a tutorial on it??

Let me know or if there's such tutorials already available I'd love to here of them because I couldn't find much...

More tutorials couldn't hurt. I'd love to learn the software but don't really have much time.

I'm using GS to sketch some future case designs; it took me a while to get used to the concept, and I'm still not confortable using the software - even though I use Catia V5 daily.
Any tutorial is good, there is always something new to learn.

I would love a google sketch tutorial, I am planning on investing in a cheap 3d printer later this year and a tutorial for making 3d models in google sketch would be a great help!

It's gonna be a long and winding road to a finished tutorial but I'll work on it when I have time and will clarify where people ask and hopefully it'll be good enough one day that it might get pinned??

**Note: It's obviously going to be directed at putting components together into a case to build a system, it's not going to focus on drawing the actual components just a heads up!**

We'll have to see!
