Been working at cutting, filing, test fitting, painting, riveting pretty much all day. I had to take the rear of the case off as well to get the radiator to fit. I think I probably had to use about 50 rivets. All MDPC-X of course.

Will get some natural light pictures tomorrow hopefully.

This is the bottom of the case. Here I removed all the restrictive grills and the humps it had. That Ice Dragon coolant has been on that fan for like 2 years, I guess I should clean if off.

The radiator w/ fans installed with the stock drive cage. Not sure if I've seen this done on an FT02 before. I honestly don't have a single millimetre to spare.

I spray bombed the entire interior w/ Tremclad Professional flat black. Took me years to find a solid spray paint in Canada but it definitely is it. It has a fantastic nozel, great colour, w/ fantastic even coverage.

Took a few more pics this morning. It will stay @ this point till likely after Christmas. I haven't ordered the reservoir yet as I am waiting for the Monsoon mandrel bending kit to arrive at stores.

Crappy pic w/ the window. Too much sun today.

Received the Monsoon reservoir. There was a ton of crud inside the reservoir. Tried to wash it out but it seems I just moved it around. I really hope I don't have to take it apart to clean it.

Also bend my first tube w/ the Monsoon mandrels.

Installed a comb on the 24-pin. I personally think it makes the cable quite a bit more manageable.

I did my second run last night. Unfortunately I cracked my first tube.

Do you like the quality of the comb? Do they look solid or flimsy?
