So where to start. I am coming from a haf 932 and was looking to get into water cooling again. then i saw a post on overclock.net while i was surfing to look for ideas and i came across this link.

[Project] Rusty Cage - Fractal Design Define XL - GPU waterblocks installed (new pics!)

I was totally taking by it, and sure enough 2 days later a Define XL comes available in my city. What are the odds? So i order up a Dazmode kit and get er started

OLD HAF 932


Before i started.i am sure everyone knows what this case looks like now


Here is where i am at, ( waiting for more Dazmode Stuff to come in )


Its not pretty right now, but it is just a PC working.

I am waiting for a few RED accents to arrive, and then i am going to redo the loop, cleaner and sharper with less tubing.

Bronze lexan is awaiting for drill holing as well.

Just wanted to put thx out to Iphikratous for the case, and hope that he does well on this XL modding.

More pics next week once the new gear arrives.

Are you going to mod the side panel for that triple rad? cause I have always dreamed of having a water cooled define XL.

Yup i have the 1/4" Bronze lexan already to go. Just have to mark it up and drill.

Update.. got in the DarkSide Bright Red braided cables today. Looks mint!

Small update... just got a little something in.. waiting for 7970 to arrive and then EK block to follow. Finally got my plexi glass cut to size LOL, now i just need to drill the holes for the fans.

Got the cover made... not 100% as the glass guy didnt cut it 90-deg.. but i amde do with what i had. looks SICK.. cant wait till i get my 7970 c/w waterblocks and some amibent white light inside.

Are you using magnets to hold that in just for the shot?
What are you planning on using to hold it in permanently?

Looks great with the black interior, I've always wanted to do that with my Antec 900!
