Hello Everyone!
I'm planning on an update, within the next 2-3 days. This will be the last update until I move!!!!
Only one more week (moving day is Feb 1st....) so expect lots of photos of the new place, and the horrible mess we will have lol. So many boxes!!!!!

But before that day, please expect an update... Brought to you by the color Blue.
Three guesses what it'll be :D

I use a point and shoot cannon, but for the xmas pics, it was a D3100.\

Looks like that D3100 takes some fine pics
you should borrow it for your build pics :thumb:

Thank you :) I want to borrow it, but i doubt he'll let me. I might just have to find a DSLR here locally, for cheap. Hopefully i can find something semi decent for around $200-250 lol

I couldnt make you wait.

The postman came today and delivered me these!

What is it? The excitement is killing me!!!

i love how good this universal block looks.... its soooo pretty.

So, time to operate!!!
This is what it looks like right now:

It wont look like this again :muhahahahah

Time to take this off... Oh you beautiful shroud.
Fun fact, they have LEDs built in here... tracking load.

Great cards too. They are the 3GB Galaxy 660ti. In SLI these things are beasts, they can take on pretty much everything out there, and an amazing value for what you pay NCIX has them on sale frequently in pairs for around $600. Easily the best Value for your dollar.

The fans are silent in comparison to the reference blowers, and they keep the cards pretty damn cool. On load at stock they wouldn't touch 65c and with a nominal OC, and some adjustment in profile, they would stay under 75c

Its a shame im doing a watercooled build, as I love the design of the stock coolers too. i wish i could keep them but i wanted these beauties under water :D

Surgery time!!

So lets get a closer look at the block:

OH HI!!!

So, how do they look on the cards?
You can be the judge :D

What do you think of this :Bleu Mod!

No full cover blocks makes me sad but DAT BRIDGE. That is the coolest thing I have seen in a long time.

Thanks Everyone!
There should be a few more build related updates coming in the next week or so but in the meantime i'll show you what i'm working on....

Getting everything all packed up. Moving in with the Girlfriend on Friday. We're renting a condo Just north of downtown (Yonge and sheppard for those in Toronto) :)
so everything is in a state of disarray :S

But i think i have everything packed pretty tightly :)

So on the docket?
Move. Get a new desk (another fun thing to show you all :)), take pictures, and Celebrate!!!!

Here is a quick floorplan of the new place. Keep in mind however, everything is kinda backwards, Our unit is reversed. (kitchen on the right etc.)

(and some pics from the last time we toured the place.... excuse the quality, they're from my GS3

i'm still waiting on some stuff from ColdZero, and i have a in depth look at this SLI setup from Galaxy coming up as well... so stay tunes while i push these beautiful and amazing cards until they start screaming :)
On that note. I really want you guys to take a look at these 660ti's. in SLI and the individual 3GB of ram, there is PLENTY of room to play with even at high resolutions. If you're thinking of spending 600-700 on a GPU soon-ish... I'd want to 100% tell you to pick up these cards, who are usually on sale on NCIX anyways :)

Hey everyone. Operation mod your life went off without a major issue :) Im currently writing from my cellphone as cable and internet gets set up his afternoon, then off to get a custom ikea desk :) expect tonnes of pics :) the view is inspiring to me :) cant wait to share it

Hey Everyone!

We're in, safe and sound :)
New internet connection too... and its lightening fast!

So bare with me as i document... Life Mod 1.0: Moving in with the Girlfriend

So it took us roughly about 3 hours to pack up, move and load into our new place :) Where do we start Emma?

We have soooo much mess!

But at least we're chipping away at it. i can see countertop!
Oh and all the appliances are Whirlpool. I'll shoot some final pics with a better camera (hopefully, if i can convince emma that we 'need it')

Slowly getting everything tucked away.... man this takes forever!

Time to check out this view!!! (sorry for the focus... I was tired.)

Okay, time for bed... I think we have done enough for one day.

So this morning i took these:
The new desk!!!!

Oh, and Motivate made it safe and sound.... this was my biggest fear. I didn't want anything to happen to it mid move.
She looks wonderful on this certain Scandinavian bookcase :)

The TV area is slowly getting there, and im starting to really like what i see

i think thats enough for now.
More 'final shots' to come :)
