I'm actually thinking of getting some 7/16 compression fittings. Save me from buying new tube and fittings.
Plus i really like the 7/16 size; not too big, not too small.

Ya, I remember that being not much fun taking the lettering off mine. Charles_h told me that little triangle is actually an epoxy paint and a epoxy remover will take it right off with no scrubbing.

Was talking to a guy on OCN who uses IDC as well. He told me how he was able to dilute the IDC w/ distilled water w/ an 1:5 IDC : distilled ratio. He says he can't tell the difference. You can see the pics here.

As much as i want to use IDC, for the time being, I'm gonna use a premix.
I'll go back to IDC once i get my compression fittings, and the build finished. The final touches or something

Wow, its been a while since i updated this thread.
Since then i've received a few bits which i did not photograph not update.
A new EK multi-option res and a few other little bits and peices.

I'm not going to make a huge update this time around, because a lot is changing. But I'll share what i've done so far.

I've mocked up a midplate and drivebay plate using cardboard and wrapped it in hockey tape for the time being lol. Its temporary until other options become more clear to me :)

but for now, here are the shots.
More to come.... Very soon ;)
