Update: I gave up on the overclock for now. I got to near 3.3 after learning more about pushing up the FSB and keeping the memory and HTT speeds in line. I didn't like the temps at all though.
I'm not impressed with the Scythe, if I had it to get over again I'd get a Thermalright Ultra120.

I added some fans instead to get my temps down and put the 6400+ in. Got it to 3.5Ghz but same deal, over 60C while loaded and I don't like it. I'll wait until I can Water Cool. For now I'll gaze at the blueness...
