They are very comfortable headphones, I have a set.

Is is possible to get a replacement cord that has enough wires to put both the speaker and mic in it, without having to sleeve the 2 cables?

Im guessing you could. you need 1 left channel, 1 right channel, and ground. Not sure if the mic and drivers can share a ground, but you may be able to. So you would need a 4 or 5 conductor wire, preferably shielded.
