Have the air flow the other way than your drawing, with respect to your external radiator. You will be drawing warm air from the PSU (hot air rises and all) and be pushing even more hot air from the rad, into your case.
If it's a triple rad, which the picture suggests - use 6 fans on it for best results in a push/pull config.

I also hate bay resevoirs.. but hey, thas just me. :)

Here some updates about my project...

  • Got all the components including my watercooling system!
  • Step 1 to 3 have been completed!
  • The parts gonna be blue and the tubing green.. that will do a good mix !
  • Ive installed the reservoir (had some difficulties because it was really tight, i had to force a lots.. but finally got it) and found that the refill system to the top will work ! I had to put an adapter on the reservoir because of non-standard threads but it worked prefectly with the bitspower 90 degree rotator ! However it seem i can't install a fan controller in the bay. But that doesn't matter cause i will be adding one inside the case
  • Instead of using a RadBox from swiftech i decided to go with a cheaper option which is the EK 120 metal radbox.
I taken some pictures... I will try to get more pictures soon of the components that i am about to put in the case.

Thanks.

UPDATE 2011-04-11 :

Alright, here some new pics and also i posted the system specs in the first page.

I finished to tweak the radiator.. seriously this was a nightmare to work with the Corsair 600T and the RASA 750 radiator but after 5 hours of work i will get it done.

At the start ive been recommanded to flush the radiator with distilled water which i did.. i boiled some distilled water and flushed it a couple of time. I also cleaned the others parts with distilled water.

Ive installed the fillport system which seem to work right (from the view of it i haven't tried it yet)

So whats next ?

Measuring tubbing and creating the loop

Nice job on the WC!

Maybe you can use some zip ties for that huge bunch of cables near the bottom
