Default Change top case ports from USB 2 to 3?

I'm intrigued by the Silverstone Fortress FT02 but the ports on the top are USB 2. Is there a way to remove the connectors and retrofit USB 3 hardware?

1) Motherboard would need either built in USB3 or USB3 headers.
2) Good luck with the retrofit ;)

Probably end up routing a male to female USB 3.0 extension from the back panel through the case and wedge it in the existing front panel slot.

Thats the first way to do it that pops into my head.

Thanks for the replies guys. Yeah, the P67 Gigabyte motherboard is stated to have 10 USB 3 super speed ports with several open headers shown in the pictures.

I just don't known if yanking out the existing female connectors and trying to force in the new ones would work out. I'll just probably get one of the newer cases with USB 3 built in.

These guys have the parts and shipping is cheap or free:

FRONTX - FRONT PANEL COMPUTER PORT ( front usb, front ieee 1394 connector, etc )

Just go to the section called panel mount/internal for the correct connections.
