Not sure if its all worked out already but would it be possible to fit the psu where the fan/rad is currently and put a 240mm rad going down the length of the case?
A double rad is longer than the case so no

Well, now I know why we don't find projects like this very often. Stuffing a full custom watercooled mini-itx project in a case so small is a pain in the

Currently getting air bubbles out. Had to re-route and re-plan a little.

Hopefully I'll be done tomorrow!

Mini-itx builds are so awesome! I love them, except its the last time I custom watercool one!!!#@%#

For now, I will probably only stuff it all in there and say good enough for this time. Shortening/sleeving wires might be a possibility in the future.

Oh sweet success, it's finally completed!

Right now idle is 30 on the CPU and 31 on the GPU, gonna test game load soon and post some final shots (for now!).

This is it for phase 1. Phase 2 will include cutting and installing the side window where the video card is, sleeving the PSU and possibly fitting a res in there.

Temps never exceed 65C, this new GF110's thermals are impressive.

As far as I'm concerned, this is still some kind of first or very unique build.

And now, some Mini-ITX love for y'all !

Could be an impressive lil' system once you clean up the wiring. Is the 120mm radiator going to be enough to cool a GTX580 + the CPU?
