That's awesome, wish I was good at wiring/soldering heh. So many cool things I'd like to do like mod my xbox 360 with blue led's all over = D

Very small update

painted the display.


assembled the radiator and fans for a push pull setup.you might notice that the inner fans are slightly lower than the outer fans. This is to accommodate my gtx 465 which barely fits (thats how small my case is !) of course, these cables will be sleeved.. might give daz's new sleeves a try although I think I still have some mdpc-x leftovers.


had to remove the fan sticker for painting and I actually made one out of printing paper but removed it to daisy chain two fans together by soldering it straight on the fan pcb(one set of cables for fans on each side of the rad)

@zygote, they are just lightly painted with krylon outdoor copper paint.

diy decoupling for my ek ddc dual top. Done with some closed cell foam and 2 soldering sponge




the build so far... fans are dropping off . Need to find stronger tape.


decided to upgrade to an 8gb kit price matched @MemEx to $59.99(b4 tax)


copper heatsinks for chipset and VRMs which is necessary since the vrms on the dfi gets hot even on idle.
