Countersunk holes for 10/32 socket head screws, in the channel around the border and attaching window. 1/2" thick sheet of PVC should be arriving today.

i already cannot wait to see this project. The 600T looks like its going to be an amazing case for those air cooled rigs.

The new panel overlays will be milled from 1/2" thick PVC.

I would say sometime around the end of this month or into the first week of next month from the looks of it.

I'm heading over to Rockler to check out different hinges for the HD access door.. The hidden Soss would be nice, if they have one small enough in stock. Otherwise I'll get a Piano style hinge.

Thank you Just test fitting the access door to the HD bay. The finger portion will be made deeper. After that, the next step is installing the Soss Hinges.
