Moving on up, from antec 300 to Corsair 800D * new pics
This is more of a Re-case than a build as im taking all my parts out of my Modded antec 300 (http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum...rformance.html) and putting them into a newly purchased / newly used purchased Corsair 800D, I will post pictures as i swap cases. now im future proof for watercooling and some upgrading. I got a wicked deal on it and thanks to the awesome guy who sold it to me!!!!!!!!!!

wow this thing is big, this is it compared to my work Precision 650 (Dual Xeon)http://i864.photobucket.com/albums/a...DSCI0244-1.jpg

If you are willing to mod a littile you can fit SR-2 EVGA in there. All you need is your trusty DREMMEL and a Mountan Mods SR-2 TRAY.

so I think you will have room.

Im taking the 800D home, i just have it at work and threw it beside my work PC, I dont think ill go Dual Xeon for my home pc, i was thinking when intel releases the sandy's Id grab a 1366 i7 chip and board for cheap (Gigabyte ud9 + 980x maybe) when they are doing a clearance sale, right now the 800D will house a Asus P5Q pro turbo with a Q6600.

I know the excitement. Going from a tiny old Lian Li case to a HAF932 was crazy. It was more annoying taking the parts out of the old case than to put them in the new one. Parents didn't quite like the fact that the case is almost as tall as the desk now though.

^^I do plan on WC at some point for sure, id like to try a closed loop H70 for my current build, then upgrade to a real loop once i have some extreme parts.

So i had a couple of let downs, cant seem to get SSD's lined up right with the Hot-swap(they seem to plug in but aren't recognized during boot up), also a hotswap sleds latch is broken... :( as well as the door hinges, i was installing and the door swung open and fell right off, the little pins blew apart... Im keeping optimistic that corsair will fix these minor issues.
