Thank you , ForTheGG & cstraider.

Started work on side panels, making edges smmooooth. First make the blanks, then use air flange tool, makes it so easy. Then massage the metal around welding rod and there are a couple of smooth edge pieces.

Well Dooodo, I have a 30" hand brake a vise and a hammer.

Today have one side panel mostly finished. Soldered the above pieces around the blank panel to give a smooth, clean look. Really stiffened it up too.

Also most of the hand tools used.
