Thanks gingerbee. You know I try to keep it simple, ended up trying 4 different mount styles in 4 materials and 3 different face plates. Finally happy.

Here is the top fan grill, not sure if I should leave it as is or paint the mesh black???

You should paint it depending on the rest of the case, if you want a two tone highlight kind of deal or if you're going for solid black.
